The invention provides a processing method for improving the shaping property of a magnesium alloy plate strip. The method comprises the steps as follows: firstly, magnesium alloy plate strip is placed on stretching equipment and stretched along the rolling direction, and the parameter is set as that: the strain rate ranges from 1*10s to 1*10s, the deformation temperature is 25-400 DEG C and the stretching deflection is 5-20%; then annealing treatment or annealing after cold rolling treatment is carried out and the annealing is carried out at the temperature of 200-300 DEG C for 20-60min. The method controls the texture of the magnesium alloy plate strip by stretching the plate strip to realize the aim of improving the shaping property of the magnesium alloy plate strip.
