Amino acid animal feed additive, its production and animal feed or premix containing the same

1992
PURPOSE: To obtain a low-cost animal feed additive by fermentation by incorporating at least one kind of amino acid at a high concn. in the case where excessive hygroscopicity or stickiness is not imparted, standardization is attained by an easy method and a by-product hardly causes hindrance. CONSTITUTION: This amino acid animal feed additive is based on a fermented liq. and contains not only an amino acid obtd. by fermentation but also the principal parts of the contents of the fermented liq. freed of at least a part of biomaterials or mechanically separable products. At least 40wt.% of the amino acid exists advantageously in the dry material of the fermented liq. The compsn. of the dry material consists of 40-90wt.% of the amino acid, <=10wt.% protein, <=8wt.% <8C carboxylic acid, <=10wt.% total sugar, <=5wt.% fat and oil and 3-30wt.% inorg. material.
