Development of Reusable Model Library Based on NX/PTS Technology

On this paper,the development of reusable model library based on NX/PTS is studied on the UG/NX7.5 platform.Through the example about creation of reusable fixture model library,the methods and processes are shown.At last,debugging of the fixture model library is done.The results show that the previous design knowledge is reused in deformation design and adaptive design,and the design efficiency and accuracy of the mechanical design are greatly improved by NX/PTS.
