Hot-process phosphoric acid waste-heat utilizing device with radiation convective heat transfer surface

2013
The utility model relates to a hot-process phosphoric acid waste-heat utilizing device with radiation convective heat transfer surface. The hot-process phosphoric acid waste-heat utilizing device comprises a steam pocket, a down pipe, a steam guiding pipe and a special phosphor burning tower, wherein the special phosphor burning tower comprises an upper end closure, a convective evaporation section, a transition section, a radiation heat exchange evaporation section, a phosphor spray gun, a secondary suction pipe, a lower end closure and a skirt. The phosphor and combustion air are sprayed into the special phosphor burning tower via the phosphor spray gun and are burned together, the generated high-temperature gas performs radiation heat exchange with the radiation evaporation section firstly, after the temperature is reduced to less than 800 DEG C, the gas enters the convective evaporation section to keep on exchanging heat with the convective heat transfer surface to cool, after the temperature is reduced to 400 DEC, the gas is guided to a hydrating tower via a gas outlet pipe. Compared with the phosphor burning tower with the radiation evaporation section only, the waste-heat utilizing device with the convective evaporation section has advantages that the temperature of the gas outlet is lower and the waste-heat recovering rate is higher, and preferable social and economic benefits are provided.
