Uniting care west - family foundations: Connecting families to hope

Family Homelessness Family homelessness continues to emerge as a significant issue. Currently in Perth, there are only a few homeless services catering for young children and their families. Over the last few years UnitingCare West had come into contact with an increasing number of families with children who experience homelessness or unstable accommodation. The challenge for many of these families rests on the fact that the model of support for homelessness services has generally been focused on individual adults.
