Study on residual chlorine detecting system based on dual-wavelength optical path
2010
In this paper, an automatic residual chlorine detection system of dual-wavelength optical path has been successfully designed and researched. The system is adapted as real-time measurement of residual chlorine content to achieve the control of sewage disposal and meet the discharge standards in the medical wastewater. After the light source irradiation the sample solution, the system utilizes the photoelectric sensor to receive the intensity of the transmission light which can determine the concentration of residual chlorine in the sample solution. The dual-wavelength optical design is based on the linear regression calculation which can reduce the interference and error of the continuous detection, ultimately achieve accurately detection purposes. Therefore, the design is feasible and can meet the application in the biochemical industry and medical fields.
