Influence of Basicity on Crystallization Properties of CaO-SiO_2-Al_2O_3-CaF_2-Na_2O Mold Fluxes

To control the crystallization properties of mold fluxes,the influence of basicity on the critical cooling rate and the incubation time of mold fluxes was obtained by constructing the CCT and the TTT diagram using SHTT.The results show that the critical cooling rate of mold fluxes increases and the TTT diagrams moves to higher temperature and shorter incubation time with the increase of basicity.
