Prepared protein plant, in particular based on lupine protein, presented as an aqueous mixture, wherein the aqueous mixture a water content> 75% by weight and a solid mass containing more than 70% by weight of vegetable protein and wherein the denatured vegetable protein present in the aqueous mixture in a ratio of <= 25%.
