Возрастные характеристики моторных нарушений при воспалительной патологии органов пищеварения

As a result of the complex gastroduodenopolymetry with the ultrasonic monitoring of the gallbladder and pancreas in an interdigestive period in 30 healthy children and adolescents and 304 patients with the gastroduodenal pathology, the functional motor and secretory associations of the digestive system in ill and in health were evaluated. The gastroduodenal motor cycle consists of the perіods of rest and work. It is shown, that the structure of the interdigestive cycle changes significantly in impaired digestive system and coordinates to the detected secretor disorders. At the same time, the ultrasonic characteristics of gallbladder and functional tonic activity of the pancreas also changed. Comprehensive diagnosis of functional motor and secretory associations of the digestive organs allows ground the methods for their differential correction and increase of the effectiveness of gastroduodenal diseases treatment in children and adolescents.
