The invention discloses a knee-joint flushing device which comprises a puncture needle, wherein thee puncture needle is used for being implanted into the body of a patient for flushing; the puncture needle comprises a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet; the liquid inlet is used for leading a flushing fluid into the body of the patient; the liquid outlet is used for leading the flushing fluid out of the body of the patient; the liquid inlet is connected with an infusion device; the liquid outlet is connected with a drainage device.
