The invention discloses a methylamphetamine (ice drug ) detection method based on an SPR (surface plasmon resonance) technology. According to the method, an SPR chip is used as a sensing chip after a carboxyl group activated by EDC/NHS is coupled with an amino group on BSA, and when a to-be-detected sample passes through the surface of the sensing chip, the content of ice drug in saliva is directly determined by detecting the light intensity change of totally reflected light at the interface of to-be-detected saliva and a molecular recognition sensitive chip by the aid of a surface plasma resonance detector. The method has high detection sensitivity, can reach the pg level and has important application value, the missing detection rate of detection of drug addicts is greatly decreased, and the working efficiency is improved.
