Клинические варианты постинсультной головной боли

In article results of inspection of 213 patients who have had a cerebral stroke on terms from 1 till 24 months are presented. А headache which has been qualified as a headache of pressure suffered 84 patients (56 %), a headache, connected with a hypertensive crisis without a hypertensive encephalopathy at 23,8 % of patients, a headache which completely isn't corresponding to diagnostic criteria at 19,0 % of patients, a headache corresponding to criteria possible trigeminal vegetative cephalgia -at 1,2 % of patients. At a pre-hospital stage the headache diagnosis has been established only to 5 patients, thus the correct treatment of symptoms wasn't. The association of a headache with affective frustration, presence of triggers of pericranial muscles and neck muscles is revealed. The scheme of treatment of a headache in the poststroke period is offered.
