The invention relates to a solvent-resistant coating material for a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) conveying belt, and preparation and an application of the solvent-resistant coating material. The solvent-resistant coating material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of TPU, 5-30 parts of nylon and 0.5-10 parts of compatilizer, wherein the compatilizer is an epoxy multipolymer; the TPU is surface activated polyester TPU; and the hardness of the polyester TPU is 95A. A preparation method comprises the steps that the nylon is taken and placed in alcohol in parts by weight; ultrasonic processing is performed; vacuum drying is performed; the nylon, the TPU and the compatilizer are placed in a stirrer; sufficient stirring is performed; a mixture is prepared; the mixture is placed in a tapered twin-screw extruder; extrusion pelleting is performed; and the solvent-resistant coating material is prepared. Compared with the prior art, the epoxy multipolymer is taken as the compatilizer, and the TPU is mixed with the nylon with excellent solvent resistance via chemical mixing modification, so that the prepared solvent-resistant coating material is non-toxic and environment-friendly, has excellent solvent resistance, mechanical property, wear resistance, cold resistance and the like, and has a wide application prospect.
