The invention discloses a holographic color separation variable digital anti-counterfeiting mark, which comprises a transparent base material layer, a laser layer, a color layer and an adhesive sticker layer which are sequentially bonded from top to bottom, wherein the color layer comprises a first color layer and a second color layer which are arranged from top to bottom, are mutually bonded and have different colors, the transparent adhesive sticker layer is arranged under the second color layer, variable digits produced randomly by a system are respectively embedded in the first color layer and the second color layer, and the digits on the first color layer and the second color layer are mutually overlapped or mutually combined to display complete variable digits. The colors of the variable digits are two or more different colors, the variable digits can be separated and can also be overlapped, but are different in colors, the manufacturing difficulty is very high, and the variable digits are difficult to copy.
