Identification for static temperature model of MEMS accelerometer

Mathematical model accelerometer with temperature changes is studied,put forward an advanced calibration method in whole temperature range to solve the defect of conventional temperature error calibration.It uses stepwise regression analysis to get optimized segment error compensation model.After compensation for the temperature error by using the accelerometer temperature model,the model precision has been improved dramatically.
