Electromagnetic valve with pressure difference interference-resistant valve core

2012
The utility model discloses an electromagnetic valve with a pressure difference interference-resistant valve core. The electromagnetic valve consists of a valve rod, a pressure cap, a V-shaped sealing ring, a gasket, a sealing gasket, a nut, a valve core, a large O-shaped ring, a blocking cover, a sealing washer, a valve body, a valve core seat, a small sealing ring, a spring, a small O-shaped ring, a middle O-shaped ring and an electromagnet, wherein the valve core is in the form of a thin-wall cylinder; one end of the valve core is opened, and the other end of the valve core is provided with an end panel; the center of the end panel is provided with a step which is connected with the valve rod; and through holes are formed around the step. The outer circumference of the valve core is provided with a blocking shoulder, so that the travel of the valve core is limited, and the sealing performance is enhanced. Under the action of the electromagnet, the valve core moves upwards, the valve is in a closed state, the valve core and a cavity communicated with the valve core are full of pressure water, the sum of axial force generated by the pressure water on the valve core is nearly zero, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the barrel wall of the valve core is very large, and the radial force acting in the barrel wall is sufficient for causing slight expansion and deformation of the thin wall of the valve core, so that the valve core and the valve body are sealed more reliably; and when the valve core moves downwards, the valve is open, and the water pressure does not cause any adverse effect on the valve core.
