International Legal Regulation of Preventing and Controlling Terrorists from Cross-Border Flowing

At the background of rapid and diverse development of international movement of people,terrorists' transnational movement has accelerated the globalization trend of terrorism which will present a more serious challenge to the international fight against terrorism.Currently,the existing international legal system could prevent and control terrorists' transnational movement in a certain extent,but there are still a lot of problems.Since 2001 especially 2014,the United Nations Security Council has released a series of Resolutions which provide specific measures and international co-operation mechanism.These provisions will profoundly affect the future development and evolution of the international anti-terrorism law and national immigration law.
