Ploughing type PDC bit suitable for hard stratum

2014
The utility model provides a ploughing type PDC bit suitable for a hard stratum. The plouging type PDC bit comprises a bit substrate, blades and cutting teeth. At least two blades are arranged on the bit substrate, a chip groove is formed between the adjacent blades, the cutting teeth are arranged on the blades, the cutting teeth comprise conical PDC teeth and polycrystalline diamond compacts, and the conical PDC teeth and polycrystalline diamond compacts are arranged on each blade. Rocks are cut by rear harrow corners of the polycrystalline diamond compacts and cut by positive rake corners of the conical PDC teeth. The tops of the conical PDC teeth are sharp, easily cut into the rocks and form 'furrows' in a shaft bottom to release internal stress of the rocks at the shaft bottom and reduce rock strength. The work faces of the polycrystalline diamond compacts are large and can cut the rocks in a large area. The PDC teeth of two different structures are combined organically to greatly increase the rock crushing efficiency of the bit and effectively solve the problems that the drilling speed of the hard stratum is low and the bit is short in service life, so that the aims of increasing drilling efficiency, shortening a drilling period and reducing drilling cost are achieved.
