A Nova Qualificadora do Crime de Homicídio: O Feminicídio

The feminicide is a new type of qualified murder, previewed by the law No 13.104 of March 9th of 2015, incorporated in the article 121, second paragraph of the Brazilian criminal code, because Brazil occupies the 5o position as a country with the highest index of domestic violence death, as the maps of violences prepared by sociologist an researcher Julio Jacobo Waiselfisz. The objective is the compheension of this new qualifier with respect to the technical procedures, the research was of bibliographic and documental base.
