Ex vivo multispectral multiphoton imaging of peripheral nerve regeneration

Multispectral multiphoton microscopy of ex vivo transected peripheral nerves treated with collagen scaffolds of varying cross-linking is applied to quantify how biomaterial properties modulate the wound healing response and induce regeneration.
