Effects of Soil Functional Regulation Product on Growth and Yield of Late-rice

2011
The field experiments were conducted to study the effects of different function regulation products on growth and yield of late-rice.The results showed that(1) Using soil function regulation products can increase growth of rice, which mainly showed as the new leaves were long and large, the average plant height in tillering stage increased by 3.2~4.6 cm than that of control, the tillering number increased by 0.4~1.4 shoots/plant,and the increasing amplitude was 3.0%~10.5%.(2) Using soil function regulation products can promote the development of rice roots and enhance the activity of roots.Applying soil function regulation products to rice at tillering stage, booting stage and full heading stage, the activity of roots can be enhanced by 13.1,22.8 and 7.8 μg/h·gFW than that of control, respectively, and the increasing amplitude was 12.6%,96.9% and 138.3%,respectively.(3) Using soil function regulation products is propitious to maintain the normal physiological and biochemical functions of leaf, thereby delaying the decline of photosynthetic function of rice and effective preventing the presenility of rice;the chlorophyll content(SPAD value) in function leaves at tillering stage average increased by 5.8%~9.9% than that of control, and the chlorophyll content(SPAD value) in function leaves at booting stage average increased by 4.9%~8.0% than that of control;it also can significantly decrease the MDA in flag leaf at initial flowering stage, and the decreasing amplitude was 30.7%~68.3%.(4) Using soil function regulation products can improve the economic characters of rice and enhance the yield significantly, which was increased by 0.29~0.71 t/hm2 than that of control, and the increasing amplitude was 5.1%~12.4%;applying these four regulation matters all showed a significant yield-increasing effect than that of control, only the treatment of applying stem-rot agent was increased the yield a little than that of control but not reached significant yield-increasing level.
