Choix de la méthode de normalisation pour les analyses différentielles de données RNA-Seq

Many different approaches for normalization of ARN sequence data have been suggested in the last three years without any consensus as to how they should be used. We therefore compared seven methods using a large sample of species and experimental methods. From this comparison we suggest using a specific normalized method.
