Pedestrian Model Description and Implementation Based on MPEG—7 Standard

Pedestrian detection has always been the tough and hot spot in intelligence traffic system,in order to describe pedestrian information in mixed traffic flow video automatically and to be standardized.A pedestrian description model is implemented based on MPEG—7 standard.MPEG—7 standard is an interface framework used to describe all the multimedia data,so its structure is very complex.For better operability,standardization and usability, a semantic analysis is established based pedestrian description model upon the basis of MPEG—7 visual description. This model not only makes systematic description to the visual information of pedestrian object within the vide-o, but also does semantic analysis for pedestrian,and makes related description according to the MPEG—7 standard. The experiment demonstrates the process of acquire high-layer semantic information automatically,at last,it shows the result of description model implementation.
