1517-2017: la Riforma, un cammino Il Catechismo di Heidelberg, da Ursinus a Nemo e James Bond

2013
The Author, who is very much involved in the ecumenical dialogue and an active minister in Germany, starts from the 450 th anniversary of the Heidelberg Catechism and goes on to develop various considerations on the time when this was first written, on its limpidly reformed character which inspired recent important Christian opinions such as the Belhar Confession, on its approach which is still valid today, and on what it can say to Churches even today. The Author analyses its question/answer structure as a valid teaching method; in addition, it bears witness to a church considered as a people on a journey and it stresses the importance of a direct relationship between God and the believer; finally the Author examines what she considers to be the main issues of the Church today, the relationship with sciences and "narcissism as the protestant ethics of today".
