The invention discloses a shock resistance and noise reduction integrated lightweight cross-core latticed foam sandwich board and a preparation method thereof. The sandwich board comprises an upper panel and a lower panel which are in opposite arrangement and are made of a metal material; a plurality of skeletons are arranged between the upper panel and the lower panel; the skeletons are of a cross shape, and each skeleton comprises a first metal plate and a second metal plate which are in mutually perpendicular and intersected arrangement; the plurality of the skeletons are arranged between the upper panel and the lower panel in array; and a foam layer is filled in gaps formed between the skeletons and the upper and lower panels. The lightweight cross core lattice foam sandwich board provided by the invention integrates shock resistance and noise reduction, and has the characteristic of capability of bearing a higher load under a same quality.
