Clinical evaluation of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy

Objective To study the application value of CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy in clinic. Methods 92 cases of lung lesions from September 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital were treated with CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Results The diagnosis rate was 95.7% by biopsy. During puncture biopsy, the incidence rate of pneumothorax was 10.9%, the incidence rate of intrapulmonary hematoma was 8.7%,the incidence rate of hemoptysis was 7.6%,the incidence rate of pleural reaction was 1.1%, and the incidence rate of pulmonary infection was 1.1 %. Conclusions CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy is a simple, safe, and reliable clinical diagnosis technology with high accuracy. Key words: CT ;  Puncture ;  Biopsy ;  Pulmonary lesions
