The mounting method of the shaft cast-plugging device includes the following steps that the shaft cast-plugging device and a setting tool mounted together with the shaft cast-plugging device are placed in a sleeve in an oil well, the shaft cast-plugging device and the setting tool are downwards placed in a predetermined position in the oil well, and the setting tool and the shaft cast-plugging device are separated. According to the shaft cast-plugging device and the mounting method thereof, operation safety and construction efficiency are improved greatly, and the shaft cast-plugging device has the characteristics that operation is easy, the operation cost is low, and the well occupying time is short.
