Application of refractive polarizing fourier transform spectrometer to broadband millimeter-submillimeter wave polarimetry

We propose an application of the refractive polarizing Fourier Transform Spectrometer (r-FTS) to broadband polarimetry. In this paper, fundamentals of instrument and the method to realize it are described.
