Semi-physical Simulation of Metro Traction System and Its Application

A hardware-in-loop(HIL) simulation and test system for driver control unit was constructed by a real-time simulation system based on d SPACE, which was applied in HIL simulation of metro traction system. The simulation and test system was used for the real driver control unit in different working conditions. The results of simulation and test proved the effectiveness of the model and the simulation system,which provides the hardware and software platform for the product on-site verification, fault reappearance and regression test. Moreover, it also provides a convenient environment for the research and development of software and hardware products.
