Difficulties Experienced by Underprivileged Groups of College Graduates in Finding Employment and Strategies to Overcome the Problems

The discrimination against underprivileged groups of college graduates in their pursuit of employment is psychologically detrimental,socially disturbing,economically counter-productive as well as entirely illegal.An analysis is presented on the difficulties popularly experienced by job-seeking female college graduates and graduates who are poor,psychologically or physiologically handicapped,or plain-looking.Strategies are proposed in regard to legislation,policy making,and psychological consulting in order to fight discrimination and to provide equal opportunities of employment for college graduates.
