C-Glucosyl Flavones from Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa

Five C-glucosyl flavones were obtained from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae by chromatographic methods. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods such as IR, UV, MS, HR-ESI-MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC, and DEPT. Compounds 1-1′ were named (epi-) 6′′′-(N-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-2″″, 3″″-dihydro-2″″-oxo-indol-3″″-yl-acetate spinosin and are reported for the first time.
