Clutch motor and means for opening and closing an openable body

A first and a second clutch can be a rotation of a first and a second tubular output shaft to when a motor generates a rotation at a second speed or higher. A third clutch allows a rotation of a rotary shaft when the motor rotates at a speed which is lower than a first speed. A control plate is arranged in a first rotational position, a second rotational position or a third rotational position. In the first rotational position, the first and second tubular output shaft in the axial direction are moved to positions in which a rotation of the first and the second rotary member is allowed. In the second rotational position the first and second tubular output shaft in the axial direction are moved to positions in which a rotation is allowed only the first rotary member. In the third rotational position, the first and second tubular output shaft in the axial direction are moved to positions in which a rotation is allowed only of the second rotary member.
