Antilymphocytic serum as immunosuppressant in experimental bone induction by xenogenic epithelial cells

Using Anti Mouse Lymphocytic Serum as an immunosuppressor instead of steroid hormones, bone induction was obtained in mice grafted with K xenogenic-established epithelial cell line. The results suggest that bone induction in this experimental system is not dependent upon steroid hormones.
