Molecular Cloning and Sequnence Analysis of Honey bee Sacbrood Virus RNA-dependent RNA Polymerase Gene

Honey bee sacbrood virus(SBV)is a kind of picornavirus,a small positive strand RNA virus,which is greatly threatened to the Chinese honeybee breeding.This experiment through the gene cloning of sacbrood virus disease and sequence analysis,found the high identity between the sacbrood virus sequence of Guangdong province,but it had difference in individual base,suspected that it may be a new type sacbrood virus.
