The invention discloses a liquid jetting type heat exchanger of a refrigerating system. The liquid jetting type heat exchanger comprises a sleeve pipe composed of an inner pipe and an outer pipe, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are coaxial, and sealing heads used for sealing the inner pipe and the outer pipe at the same time are arranged at the two ends of the sleeve pipe respectively. A cooled medium inlet is formed in one end, close to the corresponding sealing head, of the wall of the outer pipe, and a cooled medium outlet is formed in the other end, close to the corresponding sealing head, of the wall of the outer pipe. A cooling medium outlet only communicated with the inner pipe is formed in the sealing head at one end of the sleeve pipe, a central hole is formed in the sealing head at the other end of the sleeve pipe, a hollow pipe with a plurality of through holes formed in the pipe wall is inserted into the inner pipe in a sealed mode through the central hole, a hollow pipe sealing head is arranged at the end, inserted into the inner pipe, of the hollow pipe, and a cooling medium inlet is formed in the end, outside the sleeve pipe, of the hollow pipe. The liquid jetting type heat exchanger is high in heat transfer efficiency and small in size.
