Mid-Infrared Coherent Dispersive Wave Generation in Silicon Nitride Slot Waveguide

Flexible producing coherent spectra via two dispersive waves (DWs) generation is demonstrated in the $\mathbf{Si_{3}N_{4}}$ slot waveguide. The long-wavelength DW can cover up to 4500 nm by pumping in the telecommunication band, and the numerical simulation results have an excellent agreement with the phase-matching condition.
