The invention discloses an error logical judgment prevention method considering multiple constraint conditions based on a whole network topological structure. The error logical judgment prevention method comprises a main station error prevention system, a main station monitoring system, a factory station error prevention system, a factory station monitoring system and a plurality of sets of measuring and control devices, wherein the factory station error prevention system, the factory station monitoring system and the measuring and control devices are placed in a transformer substation. Compared with the prior art, the main station error prevention system considers the error logical judgment prevention method with the multiple constraint conditions based on the whole network topological structure, switch position signals, current signals and voltage signals of electrical equipment are comprehensively detected to be used as error logical judgment prevention conditions of the state of the electrical equipment, the defect that an existing factory station error prevention system uses the switch position signals as the only error logical judgment prevention condition is overcome, the reliability and accuracy of the state of the electrical equipment are guaranteed, and therefore electrical misoperation caused by inaccurate state information of the electrical equipment can be effectively avoided.
