An inhaler (1) comprising a source (2) of the inhalable composition, a flow path outlet (10) for the composition from the source to an exit of the composition, in an outlet end of the inhaler, and means for generating a flow of the composition from the source along the flow path outlet and out of the outlet of the composition when suction is applied to the outlet end; characterized by a pair of air outlets (21) at the outlet end disposed on opposite sides of the exit of the composition through which air is sucked into jets respective air when suction is applied to the outlet end, the composition and air outlets (21) are arranged so that in use, the pair of air jets impinge on the plume of the composition.
