How do we change - what do we need to do?

The efforts that are necessary for the changes discussed in this book have been set out below for the reader to review. There is no question that something has to be done to introduce process leadership to your company. But what do you do? Several suggestions are introduced in a later chapter; however, listed here are some approaches that can be taken by the leader and the company that may improve the culture and environment.
