Research progress of activating natural killer cell receptors and their ligands

Natural Killer (NK) cells, which play a key role in anti-tumor and anti-virus immune response, are an important component of innate immune system.However, the activity of NK cells can be affected by multiple immune escape mechanisms induced by tumors and virus through regulating cognate ligand and receptor expression.It is meaningful to study activating NK cell receptors, ligands and their biological functions.
