Rozvoj moderního bankovnictví v ČR

The bachelor work introduces readers with term of electronic banking and its relative forms, with its beginning and progressive development since past till nowadys and adds sketches of future development. Inherent part of this work is to explain particular forms of e-banking, their principles and ways of commanding and security. It is also focused on survey of services, which are included in e-banking and costs connected with their setting-up a using too. Next important aim is to introduce instruments of selling support, which banks use for attract of new customers and for maintenance of the recent ones. The bachelor work shows how important is good image of bank, quality of offered services, staff willingness to customes and their trust in bank above all. Entire part of this work is introducing of two strong banking institutions on Czech financil market, these are Ceska spořitelna a.s. a Komercni banka a.s., if you like their profiles and products of direct banking in their offerings. At the end of the bachelor work there are summaries of pros and cons, which particular forms of e-banking bring from the view of customers and from the view of banking institutions too.
