Thoughts on employee satisfaction arise because the company believes its employees arehigh level of satisfaction will result in a better level of productivity, work more accurate, thefewer the number of absences and higher loyalty than employees with low satisfaction levels.Company's with good productivity will growth and increase revenue. PT Semen Padang hasseveral subsidiaries and affiliates like PT X. PT X will measure employee satisfaction with theCompany's expectations are always making changes that suistanable about employeesatisfaction because companies believe that employee satisfaction level of its high yieldlevels better productivity, work more accurate, the number of absences are fewer and loyaltyhigher than employees with low satisfaction levels. Companies with good productivity willexperience growth as indicated by the increase in revenue, in line with the increase in thewelfare of the employees. PT Semen Padang has several subsidiaries and affiliates PT X. PT Xwill measure employee satisfaction with the Company's expectations. Keywords : employee, satisfaction, work Abstrak Pemikiran tentang kesejahteraan karyawan muncul karena perusahaan percaya bahwakaryawan yang tingkat kepuasan kerjanya tinggi akan menghasilkan tingkat produktivitasyang lebih baik, pekerjaan yang lebih akurat, jumlah absen yang lebih sedikit serta loyalitasyang lebih tinggi daripada karyawan dengan tingkat kepuasan rendah. Perusahaan denganproduktivitas yang baik akan mengalami perkembangan yang diindikasikan denganmeningkatnya pendapatan, sejalan pula dengan meningkatnya kesejahteraan parakaryawan. PT Semen Padang memiliki beberapa anak perusahaan dan afiliasi yakni PT XSarana Utama. PT X akan diukur kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan harapan Perusahaanselalu melakukan perubahan yang berkelanjutan.
