A device, system and method for identifying objects in a digital image, and the transponder device

Means for identifying at least one object in a digital image recorded by a digital image capture device, where the at least one object is equipped with a wireless ID tag, the apparatus comprising at least one sensor for detecting a wireless signal from the wireless ID tag the at least one object and for recording at least one direction of the wireless ID tag to the at least one object, and wherein the wireless signal comprises information on identification of the at least one object. Also disclosed is a method for identifying at least one object in a digital image, where each of the at least one object is equipped with a wireless ID tag.
