The building of the model of orthotopic liver transplantation in Echinococcus Mutilocularis(E.m)infected rats

Objicetive To study the technique and complication of orthotopicl liver transplantation in E.m infected rats.Methods Orthotopicl liver transplantation in 50BN rats that accepted E.m.infected Lewis liver was established by using"two-cuff method".Totally rats were treated with liver transplantation by improved two-cuff method in the portal vein,hepatic inferior vena cava under the law in line with cuff,liver superior and inferior vena cava were sutured with suture line.Biliary tract reconstruction was completed in bile duct stent law.Results Orthotopic liver transplantation model was established in 50rats with no mortality.The eean survival time was 5h,the survival rate of post-operation 48hwas 96%.Conclusion Meticulous and skilled surgical technique is the key of successful operation.To operate patiently and carefully and reduce various complications can get a good rat model of orthotopic liver transplantation.
