The counterweight (8) balancing is fixed to the flange (9) of an element (10) rotor by a pre-fixing screws (16) with a conical head engaged in a conical countersink (19) of complementary shape the flange (9), placing the inertia block (8) in a very precise position before securing it permanently by a clamping bolt (13).
