The invention discloses an anti-saturation BAQ (block adaptive quantization) compression dynamic decoding method for SAR (synthetic aperture radar) original data, and relates to the SAR signal processing technology. According to the method, directing at SAR original data compressed by using M: Nbit BAQ, and according to the dynamic range of Mbit uniform quantization and variance code value of BAQ compression, the decoding value of each data is dynamically changed, so that the anti-saturation effect is realized. The method increases the signal to noise ratio when the SAR data is saturated and remarkably decreases saturation power loss.
