Подход к оценке приоритетов инвестиционных проектов при управлении развитием децентрализованных зон энергетической системы региона Севера

The goals and targets of managing the development of the energy system of the North are considered in the case study of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). A simplified approach to estimation of the budgetary efficiency of investment and setting the priorities of investment projects in the regions of decentralized energy supply is proposed. An imbalance of price and cost of electricity and heat production and sources of their leveling are considered. A principle of technical and economic assessment of alternative scenarios (individual projects) of developing the energy system in strategic planning of the North is proposed.
