Pharmaceutical composition having anticancer action, quinazoline derivative and its production

PURPOSE: To obtain an anticancer agent that contains quinazoline derivative as an active ingredient and shows the anticancer action caused by receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitory properties. CONSTITUTION: The compound represented by formula I [(i) R 1 is H, CF 3 , NO 2 ; n is 1; R 2 is a halogen, CF 3 , NO 2 , CN, an alkyl, an alkoxy, (di)alkylamino, alkylthio, alkylsulfinyl, alkylsulfonyl; (ii) R 1 is 5-, 6- or 8-chloro, 6-bromo; n is 1; R 2 is a halogen, an alkoxy] or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, typically 4-(3'-methoxy-anilino)quinazoline or 7-chloro-4-(4'-chloro-2'-methylanilino)- quinazoline is used together with a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or carrier.
