Passive Rectifier Interfaced PMSG Micro Gas Turbine Control and Grid Connection

Distributed Generation (DG) play an important role in the power industry. In this paper, a Micro Gas Turbine (MGT) generation system is modelled and analyzed. A power electronic interface with unified current controllers and a DCLink voltage regulator has been proposed. Simulations have been performed in MATLAB Simulink with reference tracking and disturbance rejection. The results show excellent performance of system dynamic response.
