Analysis of Military Academy Freshmen’s Role Transition

In order to let the military academy freshmen integrate into the knowledge learning and military training as early as possible,this article concludes the main maladjustment behavior of the freshmen due to their newly entering and environment changing,which includes such aspects as thinking,living,autonomic learning,psychological and interpersonal communication and so on,and analyzes the three major reasons why the freshmen have those maladjustment behaviors,which are out of their families,social education and freshmen themselves.Finally,this article suggests that the strengthening of ideological and psychological adaptation education,establishment of learning goals,improvement of learning methods,link of teaching methods for teachers,setting up of harmonious learning the living environment,and playing more active roles by the cadet team officers and freshmen cadres,as well as other major measures are feasible for facilitating the military academy freshmen to get over their maladjustment behavior.
